Reach Momentic support when you cannot solve a problem yourself, when you need to report a security issue, or when you want to request a feature. This page lists the contact paths and what to include in a report.

Contact support

Check Common problems first. It lists the errors support sees most, with fixes. Email support@momentic.ai. Customers on a plan with a shared Slack channel can post there instead. Include the items below so support can investigate the failure.

What to include

  • The Mo session URL or ID, the test run URL or ID, or the local results directory for a CLI run.
  • The output of qa doctor, npx momentic doctor, or npx momentic-mobile doctor, matching the CLI you use. These commands report authentication and setup problems.
  • The exact command, CLI and Node.js versions, operating system, and whether the problem occurs locally or in CI. For a command that stops making progress, include its last output and how long it waited.
  • The full error message and the time of the failure, including your timezone.
  • The test file, if the problem is in one test.
  • What you expected and what happened instead.
Add --json to the diagnostic command to get a report you can attach. Remove API keys, passwords, tokens, and other secrets from commands, logs, and test files before sharing them.

Report a security issue

Do not post details in a shared channel. Email support@momentic.ai with “Security” in the subject. See Security and the Trust Center for our practices.

Request a feature

Email support@momentic.ai with the problem you want to solve, how you work around it today, and which tasks it blocks. Watch the changelog to see when a request ships.
