Mobile commands - Momentic

Mobile tests use a mobile-specific command set. Targets are natural-language descriptions or percent pairs ("50%, 50%"). Element targets do not accept CSS selectors or absolute pixel coordinates. Scroll containers and gesture offsets have separate pixel options. Element checks require natural-language targets; percent-pair coordinates are not supported. Use pressKey to submit after typing. AI

Command	Summary
`act`	Hand a natural-language goal to the AI agent, which taps and swipes to satisfy it.
`assert`	Run an AI assertion about the current screen. Fails the test by default.
`assertVisually`	Run an AI assertion about the screen using a screenshot only.
`extract`	Extract data from the screen; use `saveAs` to store it in `env`.

Interact

Command	Summary
`tap`	Tap an element by description or percent-pair coordinates.
`type`	Type text into a field, optionally clearing it first.
`swipe`	Swipe the screen or a container in a direction.
`scrollTo`	Scroll a container until the target is visible.
`dragAndDrop`	Drag from one target and drop onto another.

Device

Command	Summary
`press`	Press a physical device button (home, back, volume).
`pressKey`	Press a software keyboard key (enter, delete).
`rotate`	Rotate the device to portrait or landscape.
`toggleSettings`	Toggle an Android system setting such as airplane mode or Wi-Fi.
`openNotifications`	Open the Android notification drawer.

App

Command	Summary
`openApp`	Launch an app by package name or bundle identifier.
`killApp`	Terminate the current foreground app.
`installApp`	Install an app from a path, URL, or asset.
`uninstallApp`	Uninstall an app by package name.

Screen checks

Command	Summary
`checkScreenContains`	Assert that the screen hierarchy or WebView content contains a substring.
`checkScreenDoesNotContain`	Assert that a substring is absent from the screen hierarchy and WebView content.

Element checks

Command	Summary
`checkElement`	Assert a condition on the element itself (exists, visible, enabled).
`checkElementAttribute`	Assert a condition on an attribute of the element.
`checkElementContent`	Assert a condition on the element’s text content.
`checkElementName`	Assert a condition on the element’s type/class name.
`checkElementStyle`	Assert a condition on a WebView element’s computed CSS style.

Control flow

`if`	Run a block of steps only when a condition holds.
`while`	Repeat a block while a condition holds or until an iteration limit.
`module`	Invoke a reusable module of steps.

Debugging

Command	Summary
`debugState`	Capture the current device state for debugging.

openNotifications, uninstallApp, toggleSettings, and adb are Android-only. setCamera, clearCamera, setMicrophone, and clearMicrophone run only on Momentic-hosted iOS simulators.

Every step accepts these shared keys:
