What is iOS app test automation? It checks expected behavior in an iOS simulator. Configure tests for sign-in, onboarding, navigation, purchases, or permissions, then run them from your development loop or CI. Do I need Xcode to get started? Not for hosted execution. Upload a compatible simulator .app first. Building that artifact or running a local simulator needs macOS and Xcode. Which iOS versions does Momentic support? Swift, SwiftUI, React Native, Expo, and Flutter are supported when they produce a compatible iOS Simulator .app. What application format does Momentic require? An iOS Simulator .app. Build the simulator target through Xcode or your framework's simulator build command. Device .ipa files are not supported. How does Momentic reduce flaky iOS tests? Momentic rechecks saved element matches and finds changed controls again. Enable Failure recovery for eligible CI interruptions; timing, configuration, and product failures can still fail a test. Can I run iOS tests in CI? Yes. Run momentic-mobile in your CI job. Hosted simulators do not require a macOS runner once a compatible .app has been uploaded. Can a coding agent create iOS tests? Yes.
